Mr. Jamshyd N. Godrej is the Chairman of the Board of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA.

Mr. Godrej is the former Chairman of Ananta Aspen Centre (previously known as Aspen Institute India), Chairman & Trustee of Ananta Centre. He is the President of World Wide Fund for Nature – India. He is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, India Resources Trust and Council on Energy, Environment and Water. He is a Director of World Resources Institute, USA. He is also a Trustee of the Asia Society, USA. He is the Past President of Confederation of Indian Industry and also the Past President of the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association.

Mr. Godrej is the Chairman of the CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre. The Centre is housed in a LEED Platinum demonstration building which is the first green building in India and the greenest building in the world at the time when it was rated. The Green Business Centre is a Centre of Excellence for green buildings, energy efficiency, energy conservation, non-conventional energy sources, water policy, water conservation, etc.

Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. manufactures and markets refrigerators; washing machines; air conditioners; office furniture; home furniture; security equipment for banks (such as safes, strong room doors, bank lockers, etc.) and for commercial establishments and homes; locks and latches, forklift trucks and warehousing equipment; process equipment for chemical, petrochemical, refineries and allied industries; precision tools for sheet metal, zinc, aluminium; real estate development.

The Godrej group are leaders in home appliances, consumer durables, office equipment, industrial products, consumer products and services.

Mr. Godrej is an ardent yachting enthusiast and has done extensive cruising along the west coast of India, the Baltic & North Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and in the Mediterranean Sea.

The President of India conferred on Mr. Godrej the ''Padma Bhusha'' on 3rd April 2003.

Adi Godrej is Chairman of The Godrej Group. The Godrej Group is a mainly privately held, over a 100 year-old family conglomerate, with operations in India and several other countries.

Mr. Godrej has been president of several Indian trade and industrial bodies and associations. He is Chairman of the Board of the Indian School of Business, and past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has been a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a member of the Wharton Asian Executive Board. Mr. Godrej is also a patron of the Himalayan Club.

He is the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including the Rajiv Gandhi Award 2002, the American India Foundation (AIF) Leadership in Philanthropy Award 2010, the Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2010, the Best Businessman of the Year for the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2010, Chemexcil's Lifetime Achievement Award 2010, the AIMA – JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award 2010, the Bombay Management Association – Management Man of the Year Award 2010-2011, the Qimpro Platinum Standard Award for Business in 2011, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012, the Padma Bhushan 2012, the Asian Awards Entrepreneur of the Year 2013, the All India Management Association - Business Leader of the Year 2015 and the Golden Peacock Lifetime Achievement Award for Ethical Leadership 2016.

Mr. Godrej holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Nadir Godrej is the Managing Director of Godrej Industries and Chairman of Godrej Agrovet. He is also a Director of numerous firms including Godrej & Boyce Co Ltd., Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Indian Hotels Co Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

A veteran of the Indian industry, Nadir has played an important role in developing the animal feed, agricultural input and chemicals businesses owned by Godrej. His active interest in research related to these areas has resulted in several patents in the field of agricultural chemicals and surfactants.

With his tremendous experience and expertise, Nadir has also contributed to the development of a variety of industries by participating keenly in industry bodies such as the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association, and Oil Technologists' Association of India.

Currently, Nadir is the President of Alliance Française de Bombay. For his contribution to Indo-French relations, the French Government has honoured him with the awards of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite" and "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur".

A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, Nadir completed his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife and three children.

Vijay Crishna is the Executive Director of Lawkim Motors Group.

He joined Lawkim Ltd, a bankrupt light engineering company taken over by the Godrej Group at the behest of N.P. Godrej in 1977. After eight years of management experience in Kolkata and five years in the advertising industry in Mumbai, he was able to help turn it around.

He is a B.A. (Economics) from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Vijay is also a Director of Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet and Precision Wires India Ltd. He serves as a Trustee of the Bombay Scottish Orphanage Society and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, the President's International Advisory Board Colorado College and on the Advisory Panel of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachhead Programme.

In 1991, Vijay established the Naoroji Godrej Centre for Plant Research at Shindewadi, Satara District, which researches and propagates rare and endangered species of medicinal plants endemic to the Western Ghats.

A Life Member of The Himalayan Club since 1973 - and now its Honorary Secretary - he has trekked in the Garhwal, Sikkim, Ladakh, Nepal and Tibet. He has been active in theatre since 1965 in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Vijay joined the Board on 27th September, 1990.

Nyrika Holkar is Executive Director of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd (‘G&B’). She leads Digital Strategy, Brand, Legal and M&A for G&B and its subsidiaries. In this capacity, she drives a company-wide strategy on building new digital interventions through online platforms and ecosystems to help improve customer experience, foster collaborative innovation, and enhance data-led decision making in business.

A qualified solicitor, Ms Holkar is responsible for the company’s global legal strategy including supervising commercial contracts, structuring M&A transactions as well as the protection and enhancement of the organisation’s intellectual property across its 14 businesses. As the Brand Custodian, she works closely with the Sustainability, Marketing and Communication teams across G&B with a focus on building a responsible corporate brand.

As a member of the G&B board of directors she is also involved with key decisions related to business strategy, talent management and corporate governance. During her tenure as Executive Director, Ms Holkar has helped significantly reduce the G&B Group’s financial exposure by streamlining the negotiation and contract management process through an end-to-end digitised contract life cycle management platform

She is also a director on the Board of Godrej Infotech, a subsidiary of G&B and is involved in key decisions with regard to IT security and technology platforms across the Group and is working to enhance G&B’s partnership with startups and technology partners to improve the digital ecosystem for G&B businesses.

Ms Holkar began her career at legal firm AZB & Partners where she specialised in M&A transactions and advised foreign companies seeking to invest in India before joining G&B. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Colorado College, USA and obtained LL.B and LL.M degrees from University College London, UK. She is a member of the Bar Association of India and is a qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom.

She is an ardent supporter of the environment. As Chairperson of the G&B CSR Committee, Ms Holkar is actively involved in G&B’s community development efforts including education, skilling and the preservation and protection of Mumbai’s mangroves. She is married and lives in Mumbai with her husband Yeshwant and her daughter.

Navroze is the Non-Executive Director at Godrej & Boyce, India.

A designer by profession, Navroze Godrej firmly believes that strategic design should pervade every aspect of a business, if it is to deliver products and services of the greatest value to the community. This is his vision for Godrej & Boyce.

A die-hard champion of innovation across G&B driven by a belief that the innovation process can be used for identifying hidden and leveraging opportunities which can lead to solutions that ameliorate the lives of people in unforeseeable ways. This led to the initiative to set up the Innovation Centre at Godrej & Boyce. The centre implements Disruptive Innovation and Human-Centred Design and works with a diverse set of employees from various Godrej & Boyce businesses to imbibe a culture of innovation at a grassroots level.

He holds a Master of Design degree from the IIT Institute of Design, Chicago.

Anil G Verma joined Godrej & Boyce in 1983 and is currently serving as its Executive Director & President.

He is an Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed an Executive Program from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA.

Anil has over 30 years of experience in functions such as Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing and has held leadership positions including those of the Business Unit Head for the Office Furniture business and the Executive Director and Head, Personnel & Administration.

He is an Executive Committee Member of the Employer's Federation of India (EFI), on the Advisory Board of the CII Institute of Quality, is the Chairman of the CII National Taskforce on Industrial Safety and serves on Board of Governors of the National Safety Council of India (NSCI). He often serves as an Expert Member invitee for the Selection Committee of IIT, Bombay and has been a jury member for the sixth edition of 'Superbrands'.

Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce and its business units have received a plethora of recognitions over the years in areas such as quality, safety, marketing and manufacturing excellence. The firm has been awarded the NASEOH Award as the 'Best Employer' and the NCPEDP-Shell Helen Keller Award for the 'Best Employer' for the differently abled.

He was the recipient of the RMI Roll of Honour for Life-time Achievement in HR at the National HR Conclave, HR 2.0, in 2010 and has been recognized as a 'Distinguished Alumnus' of the IIT-BHU Alumni Association during its Centenary Year in 2018.

Anil joined the Board on 1st October 2008.

Kavas Petigara is the Managing Partner of Scitech Corporation. He is a chemical consultant and a businessman and has been associated with chemical and allied business activities in India and abroad for many years.

Kavas completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Chemical Engineering, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He sits on the boards of Godrej & Boyce, Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet , Vora Soaps , and Swadeshi Detergents.

Pradip joined the Board of Godrej & Boyce on 10th August, 2004. He founded IndAsia, a corporate finance and private equity advisory business, in April 1998. Prior to IndAsia, he helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994, and was the founder Managing Director of The Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), India’s first and largest credit rating agency.

He is currently Chairman of Sonata Software Limited and of Shah Foods Limited and a Director of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, BASF (India) Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Limited, Grindwell Norton Limited, Pfizer Limited, and Wartsila India Limited amongst other companies.

Pradip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Bombay. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He has given talks in India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the United States on credit rating, housing finance, capital markets, venture capital and other subjects.

Anita Ramachandran founded Cerebrus Consultants, a well known HR consulting firm in 1995, focused on consulting in Rewards management, Organization development and Strategic HR.

Anita is one of the leading Human Resources Consultants in the country and is well known for her work in Compensation and HR strategy. She earlier had a twenty year career with A.F. Ferguson's Management Consultancy division, where she was a Director.

Anita is a MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and has won several academic honours. She was a Dorab Tata scholar for 6 years. She is also on the Board of several companies including HCL Infosystems, UTI AMC and Geometric Software. She writes often in several business and professional magazines. She has been a champion of various women's causes.

Anita joined the Board of Godrej & Boyce on 28th April, 2007.

Keki Elavia is a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice. He serves as a Director on the Board of various listed and unlisted companies.

He is a member of India UK Accountancy Task Force, constituted by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He is also a trustee of educational and medical trusts.

The Reserve Bank of India appointed Keki as a member of the Indian Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, where he was the Chairman of its Audit and Corporate Governance Committee.
